Brown-Forman BRAND AMBASSADOR AMERICAN WHISKEYS SUPER PREMIUM in Paris, France
As part of its development, Brown Forman France is looking for a very ambitious Brand Ambassador (BA) for its Super Premium Brands of American Whiskeys (Gentleman Jack / Single Barrel / Woodford Reserve…)
The BA will the expert voice of our American whiskeys brands building long term relationship, establish the brand and leverage his expert role in the category to drive trial, awareness, cocktail culture and ultimately sales through our storytelling
Dynamic, with a strong relationship and autonomy, the BA will be in charge of the development of BFF’s super-premium American whiskies and create excitement around the brands with customers and consumers in On Trade channel.
Organized and enthusiastic, the BA will have the taste for challenge and show initiative and common sense.
Responsibility: (Job Detail)
- Develop and increase presence, visibility and prescription of the brands in On Trade and Cavistes Channel :
o Building relationships with Key outlets, key bartenders (cocktails premium bars) and key Cavistes
o Increased Distribution & Rate of Sale in our key outlets
o Establish our legitimacy as expert of Super premium American Whiskeys
o Educate and tell about our Category (American Whiskeys and history) and Brand storytelling with focus on the perception of brand specialness.
o Conduct training and tasting sessions with bartenders, cavistes & other relevant customer and engage them.
o Coordinate and train all bartenders involved on BF events
o Educate around Drink Strategy and perfect Serve, especially Classic American Cocktails
o Be support of our sales team if needed.
- Develop brand awareness and tasting with the relevant consumer target :
o Conduct comprehensive tastings, samplings, master-classes, dinners, across the Super Premium American Whiskeys Portfolio of customers and targeted consumers
o Create a strong link between brands & consumers: Encourage them to recommend, prescribe the brand around them.
o Establish partnerships with events fitting brand’s positioning.
Bond relationship and entertainment with bartenders & mixologists
Educate to Classic American Cocktails elaboration
Prospect and build strong relationships with Bloggers/Influencers (including collectors) while maintaining and nurturing current relationships
- Collect for the team insights, trends and competitors activation to help in developing trade & marketing plans.
- Become the host for French Press and Media representatives when visiting the Distilleries
- Coordinate International Master Distillers and Brand Ambassadors visits.
- Participate in relevant Fairs & Events.
On Trade background & bartenders experiences (at least 3+ years)
Strong industry network, especially in Cocktails bars scene (Paris and abroad)
Experience in Brand ambassadorship is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent category, brand and trade knowledge with a strong ability to identify emerging trends and insights
dge on whisky (++ American Whiskey)
Outstanding presentation skills & ability to create links with people easily
Brand lover : Proven passion to live life of the luxury sector and bring our brands to life
Social Media Knowledge
Fluent French & English speaking
Extensively Travel: Including nights and weekends
