Brand and Business Insights (BBI) / Market research:
Responsible for pulling together and communicating continuous business analysis based on
Market/Shopper insights and Brand tracker. Support of ad hoc research projects.
Understanding and communication of Category and Shopper trends using existing tools
Management of market and shopper insights/ad hoc analyses for marketing and commercial teams
Supports the BBI manager in the preparation of presentations for Strategic meetings with Sales and Marketing
Shares and communicate reporting across the company on a monthly basis
Delivers analysis on consumer/brand tracker
Assists the BBI manager on ad hoc research projects
Revenue Growth Management analysis:
Responsible for creating Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analysis and partnering with the commercial
finance teams to provide the business with actionable insights that will drive top and bottom line growth.
Consolidates data from multiple sources for the RGM reports
Performs RGM analysis using internal RGM analytical tools
Partners with the business to identify and validate RGM insights and collaborate with finance and sales to quantify the impact on the P&L
Is a super user of all the RGM tools and point of contact for questions
At least 2 years in sales analyst or market research role with a FMCG company
At least 2 years experience in a RGM analyst role in any industry
Experience in the wine and spirits industries
Experience in shopper panel & ad hoc research (qualitative & quantitative)
Understanding key elements of revenue growth management (Price positioning, channel price pack architecture, promotion efficiency, customer mix management and trade terms)
Fluent French and English speaking and writing
Strong analytic capability
Strong communication skills
IT literate/MS Office applications
