Brown-Forman Brand Leader Diplomático in Paris, France
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Emerging Prestige Spirits France, you are responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for Diplomático. Expert in brand strategies, with a comprehensive knowledge of the spirit and rum markets and their main players, you will bring your expertise to the brand, and you will be the active promoter of these strategies throughout the company. You will be responsible for the excellence of the implementation of the initiatives, influencing both Global and European teams. You will define, allocate and manage the Marketing budgets within the dedicated envelope.
Meaningful Work From Day One
Regularly analyze the competitive environment and emerging trends in the markets to implement corrective measures and action plans;
Define the objectives and KPIs of the brands following the global guidelines;
Develop and implement brand plans - ATL and BTL, coordinate and plan actions with the different local and/or international teams;
Communicate this strategy internally and involve relevant teams (especially sales);
Collaborate with all stakeholders - Trade Marketing, BA, BBI, IMC, Sales, Supply, Purchasing, Finance;
Coordinate the approach and activations of the brand portfolio;
Ensure adequate management and coordination of external agencies;
Be the ambassador of its brands internally and externally and represent France in international meetings;
Manage the financial components of the brands (P&L), manage the brand A&P budget;
Inform the French Leadership Team.
What You Bring to the Table
Masters Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent); Marketing;
6 years of experience (including internships) in Brand Marketing, operational Marketing, Trade Marketing on premium consumer products, ideally in spirits. Experience in luxury goods is a plus;
Experience in agency management (creative, media, PR, events) and budget management.
Mastery of market analysis (Nielsen);
Digitally savvy;
Fluent in French and English;
Good communicator and great interpersonal skills to interact with teams in France, Europe and globally;
Autonomous and curious, at the cutting edge of trends;
Creative, agile, self-starter, at ease navigating ambiguity and uncertainty;
Versatile: ability to perform various tasks and adapt to situations, with a ‘can do’ spirit;
Collaborative: likes to work in a non-hierarchical team, to bring out solutions (solution seeker spirit essential) and to influence projects for which he/she is not the lead;
Synthetic and rigorous;
Analytical, reliable and organized;
Passion for brand and real appreciation and understanding of Luxury/prestige, experiential marketing.
