Meaningful Work From Day One:
As the CCCA Analyst you will be serving as a business partner with the Europe GBS structure and the French business unit, and you will be responsible for the collection of overdue accounts, payment application, claims & rebate adjustment, disputes settlement, conducting regular credit reviews, credit hold releases, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities with a focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner with a focus on, but not limited to, France/Belux accounts receivable issues.
What You Can Expect:
Coordinate with the Account Manager, Customer Services, and Accounting teams regarding collection, claims deduction, cash application, banking operations, and unblock customer orders as needed.
Conduct periodic credit review and recommend credit lines to new and existing customers per Credit Policies and Procedures.
Coordinate with the Rebate Manager and Customer Services Manager regarding cash application, related rebate programs (chargebacks & credit memos & rebates payments).
Advising and implementing appropriate credit policies, processes and limits for every customer and periodic updates working closely with Commercial Finance and other partners.
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Set up and maintain accounts receivable files and other financial records.
Reconcile the customer balance and the credit situation with the collaboration of Finance and Sales Force.
Coordinate the creation and maintenance of customer files with the GBS Master Data Manager.
Preparing weekly customer aging & shipment reports. Sharing information with appropriate parties concerned.
Oversees and coordinates with Finance and Customer Services teams any and all Customer Hold releases.
Other accounting duties as required (e.g. accounts reconciliations, JE, close process for both Local & US GAAP).
What You Bring to the Table:
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Accounting and Finance
Experience: several years of experience in accounting or related areas (i.e., A/R. Credit, Cash applications, and or an equivalent process area
Experience in working with SAP - or similar ERP software
Fluent communication skills in French and English
Strong analytical skills to solve problems with tools and technologies.
Strong intellectual curiosity, problem solving and conceptual skills
The ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work with speed and accuracy
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
What makes you unique:
Education: Masters Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent); Accounting and Finance
Experience: Experience in setting customer credit limits and terms
Working knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, cash application, dispute management.
Working knowledge of SAP’s FSCM module and tools for digital transformation and automation
Flemish/Dutch knowledge would be an advantage.
