Brown-Forman Executive Assistant & Communications Specialist in Paris, France
Meaningful Work From Day One:
● Serving as an Executive Assistant to the VP, Managing Director and his leadership team by coordinating the work of business planning and collaboration, essentially with the leadership team.
● Assisting the Managing Director on main administrative tasks, responsibilities and special projects.
● The role also includes leading the communication internally & externally, in coordination with the European Communication Team and is responsible for the organization of events and meetings for the business cluster.
● Having a high-level interface between the leadership teams across France/Iberia & BeLux and key stakeholders at the European and International level.
What You Can Expect:
Chief of staff Role, Business coordination: Provide support to the Managing Director on a variety of workstreams.
Analyze relevant situations and work to identify issues and recommendations.
Projects & Meetings coordination: Plan, execute and follow-up Leadership Team meetings. Prepare meeting notes/minutes as required. Lead large divisional projects and execution in partnership with dedicated resources. Support the Managing Director & Leadership team on special projects.
Support the Division Managing Director: Prepare speeches, presentations and talking points. Collaborate with other Leadership team assistants and Chief of Staff Europe as required.
Public Affairs: Partner with the Head of Public Affairs to prioritize Trade Association meetings and agendas.
Events: Responsible for organizing corporate events with the support of her/his Assistant colleague and of the Europe/Emerging International Event Planner
Office Management: Backup support for coordinating and supervising the office management activities (reception, orders, supplies and equipment, etc…)
Communication: Become the communication point of contact to the Managing Director and in partnership with the European Communications team. Develop the communication plan for France and BeLux. Prepare written and oral communication when needed. Alongside the European communication team, identify and support all communication needs for the cluster.
Create and deliver highly integrated, impactful and effective internal communication and be the interface with Spain, Belgium and Europe. This role will develop and execute a wide range of communication deliverables, both in French & English, for internal and external audiences, utilizing and reflecting the B-F Brand identity standards and guidelines (tone, voice, look, feel, expression, assets).
While there is a strong focus on drafting written materials of all types, the role will also contribute to the development and production of presentations, templates, Google Sites, infographics, videos, virtual meetings/conferences, town halls and other communications formats in partnership with digital, media, design and event planning colleagues.
This role will be also responsible for the translation of European or Global communications
We Are Looking For People Who Have:
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); communication/Marketing
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Communication.
Fluent French & English, both written and verbal
Open-minded and proactive personality with an interest in working in a multicultural environment
