Brown-Forman Sales Manager - On-Premise in Pasig City, Philippines

This role heads up the On-Premise Channel in B-F Philippines. It reports to the Country Manager and is part of the leadership team in B-F Philippines. The role is key to develop strategies to build leadership market share in the On-Premise channels, building B-F portfolio of products for the next level of growth.

Strong business acumen and a very good understanding of the On-Premise environment in the Philippines is necessary to succeed in this role. The role requires good interpersonal skills to manage people and also external customers. It is expected to be hands-on in the role, and able to formulate and develop the expansion plans for the channel, to grow and drive an unified goal to achieve results.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop and build B-F portfolio of products with the on-premise channels, formulate and develop strategies to gain and capture market leadership

  • Build strong relationships with customers and gain top of mind loyality with BF Brands

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Advocacy team to build on-premise programs to achieve goals.

  • Foster strong understanding of the industry and competitive landscape and a fact-based, data-driven culture to planning and decision making.

  • Develop and implement B-F Commercial Way for Emerging Asia to measure and track the performance of the commercial activities, programs and plans.

  • Good people management skills

  • Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive activities and consumer habits/trends.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Tertiary education, qualified in a business-related field.

  • 4+ years experience in On-Premise sales with a proven track record.

  • Expert in on-premise environment and superb skills in customer/client management experience.

  • Trade Marketing management experience is an added advantage

  • Experience working in an international environment

  • Proven sales achievements

  • Proven people management skills

  • Proven ability achieving objectives and results in a matrix organizational structure

  • Good computer skills with MS Office and the ability to quickly build proficiency in Google G Suite
