Meaningful Work From Day One

Brand Ambassador - a professional in the drink industry who will be responsible for building the Diplomatico brand and other selected super premium brands through his advocacy skills. Its goal will be to arouse the passion for the brands both internally (within B-F colleagues) and externally (bartenders, gastro professionals and rum lovers). He/she will deliver an extraordinary brand experience in every relevant touchpoint within its target audience and will find a creative and compelling way to build our brands even in the most premium places. He/she will be a valuable business contributor of a super premium+ portfolio in cooperation with sales and marketing teams.

What You Can Expect

Market responsibility: Czechia

• Regularly professional cooperation in TOP on-trade outlets beyond the regular agenda of an on-trade business developer:

• His/her goal is brand building of the entrusted brands + rotation support

• Key partner in outlets for bartenders

• Mixology - New Cocktail creation for drinks strategy

• Business trips to the regions at the invitation of business developers on the theme: Staff training

• Consumer experience (e.g. tastings, guest bartending)

• Building and managing private clientele and selling super premium brand portfolio

• Brand advocacy and presentations at selected events and/or customers

• Ownership of bartender programme(s)

• Internal stewardship of brands & content creation with brand team

• Regular visit outlets/customers minimum one per month

What You Bring to the Table

Required Experience & Education:

Education: High School/GED/Secondary School; College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);

Experience: 1-3 years

Job Competencies:

Creative and inspiring approach to be able to delight customer and customers

Professional knowledge of the Czech on trade

Proven Bartender skills

Commercial mindset

Able to demonstrate excellent relationship building

Skills & competencies:

Fluent Czech speaking and writing is mandatory

Good English speaking and writing is an advantage

Digital & social media advanced

Able to work in the evening hours

Strong communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)

Relationship building skills

IT literate/ online networking capabilities

MS Office / Google suite applications

Time management and organizational skills

Project Management

Driving license
