Brown-Forman Customer Service Coordinator in Prague 1, Czech Republic

This position will be responsible for providing reliable and professional customer care throughout the entire customer experience. This includes order taking, record management, processing invoices, order administration as well as managing customer complaints and customer product allocation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall order processing (smooth, timely, accurate)

  • Responsible for the order entry and execution. On top of that this position processes sales orders and prepares data needed for sales statistics

  • To meet all customer services standards given by the company

  • Effective communication with all members of the sales team

  • Order taking by both paper or electronic systems, order booking and confirmation. Keep order files in both paper and electronic version (including sales history)

  • To ensure that all orders are registered in the system in time and passed for execution

  • To ensure that all proforma invoices are issued in time, containing relevant information and are sent to trade partners

  • Check due debts and matches them with the credit limits before issuing the order confirmation and inform relevant sales managers in case of problems

  • Check all pricing and trading terms before order confirmation

  • Collaborate with the Sales team, Demand Planner and others.

  • Cooperate with Demand Planner and warehousing manager in order to guarantee fluent execution of booked orders and deliveries in time

  • Contribute appropriately to daily sales reports

  • Cooperate with the Marketing department related to new/special portfolio launches

POS Management:

  • POS system management (data entry, receipt/výdej POS etc.)

  • Creation of EAN codes for new POS

Warehouse management:

  • Prepares all necessary documents needed by the warehouse for dispatching the goods and POS materials

  • Regular stock-taking coordination

  • Cap collections administration

  • Manage cap collections related to administration

  • Manage properly returns of goods from customers

  • Maintain all administration systems to provide an accurate source of data reporting

  • Cooperate on the monthly evaluation of customer service accuracy

Required Experience & Education:

Education: Secondary education

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience working in customer service

  • IT literate (namely MS Office - Excel)

  • Intermediate English speaking and writing skills

  • Excellent Czech speaking and writing skills

  • Communication skills

  • Time Management
