Meaningful Work From Day One
The incumbent is responsible for leading the HR area for Czech Republic. Works closely with the HR Director – Germany & Czechia and supports him/her to identify the current and future needs of the business within the cluster organizations. The position is part of the local leadership team and participates in designing HR strategies as well as takes part in change management process in terms of research, projects implementation and then post-assessment phases. The position plays a vital role in design, adaptation, delivery and execution of HR strategies and acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and line managers in the clusters . The incumbent will create, guide, drive and deliver the HR projects to ensure effective HR advisory and operational support to local management teams, line managers and employees. He/she will ensure the correct and compliant execution of all the HR processes, in a close collaboration with business leaders and HR Director – Germany & Czechia.
What You Can Expect
As a member of the local leadership team, be a sounding board and key business partner to the Country’s main stakeholders
Independently manage all HR related matters and projects within the boundaries of the Brown-Forman HR corporate and regional strategy (including Diversity & Inclusion) and under the guidance of the HR Director – Germany & Czechia
Involved in the strategic process of developing the ideal organization that can successfully compete in today’s market, but with a long-term perspective approach
Involved in formulating & responsible for executing people development strategy in conjunction with People Development team
Support organizational change
Involved in designing and delivering all remuneration and promotion processes ensuring equity, fairness and appropriate performance compensation
Managing employees’ benefits in collaboration with our Total Rewards team
Managing external business partners delivering different type of HR services.
Introducing and adjusting Brown-Forman Corporate procedures and initiatives into the B-F Czechia organization

What You Bring to the Table
College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); BA Business / HR or similar
Fluent in Czech and English languages
Solid change management, organizational culture development and Czech labor law experience. Ideally, exposure to transnational, matrixed organizations.
