Brown-Forman National Key Account Manager WHS/C and C/New channels in Prague 1, Czech Republic

Meaningful Work From Day One:

This is a leading position in developing WHS and, C&C, traditional trade and petrol stations and is responsible for delivering the Key Performance Indicators (i.e. distribution, sales volume and SNS, pay4performance goals) for the Brown-Forman brands in assigned customers for Czechia & Slovakia markets.

What You Can Expect:

Builds a 360°understanding of the customer (Country/Market Context, Channel/Sub-Channel, Category, Customer, Competitor, Consumption Occasion and Shopper) including a deep understanding of the customer’s business, strategies & goals

• Development and executing channel/customer strategies & plans using category based brand selling and effective negotiation approaches

• Being responsible for entire channel group profitability in view of analysis of status quo, constantly define areas of improvement and its execution

• Lead of annual negotiations with key accounts; supports the KAM team under its responsibility in their negotiations

• Continuously improves relationships with key accounts leading to closer collaboration and the creation of joint value for Brown-Forman and our customers • Responsible for volume and value budgets in terms of accurate planning and forecasting (including reporting), monitoring and reporting to Head of Sales • Developing and evaluation of annual KA activities on pricing, portfolio and promotion (aligned to brand plans and deliver maximum return on investment), stock level

• Provides regular communication of relevant information on channel competitor activity and category trends as well as highlight opportunities and threats to the business to respective stakeholders

• Coaching, managing and developing competencies of the KAM team • Reports monthly depletion commentaries to Head of Sales

• Leads a team of 3 KAM: 2 for Czech Market and 1 for Slovak Market

•Implementation and execution of channel strategy (distribution, listings and financials (Trade Terms)), 25%

• Leads account negotiations and monitoring results, 20%

• Planning, executing and evaluation of annual brand activities, 10% • Providing accurate forecasting, 10%

• Channel and brand performance analysis, 15%

• Coaching of the KAM, 20%

What You Bring To The Table:

•Bachelors Degree or Equivalent or equivalent experience

•Language: English and Czech - to be able lead negotiations and participate in international projects

• At least 5 years in KAM

• FMCG experience

• Czechia & Slovakia Trade knowledge
