What You Will Do in This Role:
Rest of PUB ( Paraguay, Uruguay & Brazil )
Responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager Rest of PUB (RoP) in all budget control processes, in the reimbursements of TMA and A&P investments with the distributors and the whole process at COUPA.
Responsible for the preparation of investment monitoring reports and sales reports for Uruguay, Paraguay, French Guiana and Suriname
Being the point of contact with the Accounting and Controllership department for the implementation of all new and future control processes
Provide support in the analysis of the return of the proposed actions of actions in the RoP area
Support the conduction and execution of the Digital and Media communication plan in Paraguay and Uruguay
Being the point of contact between ROP Marketing and the BRLE marketing team to exchange best practices to be applied in RoP;
Support the contact between Brown-Forman and the regional digital marketing agency and BTL
Support the Brand Managers of distributors in Uruguay, Paraguay, French Guiana, Surinam and UYDF
Support the development of materials with the B-F marketing team and distributors in PY, UY, FG and SR
Monitor competitors' activities with PY and UY distributors and participate in proposing and monitoring the implementation of actions to protect our brands, avoiding impact on sales or seeking to maximize the results that are agreed with distributors
Support the development, implementation and measurement of merchandising activities with ROP customers
Support the development, implementation and monitoring of incentive campaigns for the sales team of customers and/or distributors
Support the Commercial Manager in the analysis of the portfolio of brands and SKUs in the RoP region to enable the introduction of products that make sense for the markets
Support the development of strategic and tactical partners (advertising agency and suppliers) to produce content, materials with the quality necessary for our brands in the RoP region
Support in carrying out of the Digital and Media communication plan at PY and UY and be the point of support and contact with the IMC B-F PUB team
Support the Commercial Manager in the monthly KPI's meetings with the RoP countries
Support the development and preparation of marketing and commercial plans for RoP countries
Responsible for conducting Bartender Advocacy actions in partnership with the region's Brand Ambassador
We Are Looking For People Who :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar sales and marketing positions.
Verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (plus)
Basic financial analysis and P&L
Basic marketing knowledge
Critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to work in a cross-functional team in both languages
