Brown-Forman Procure to Pay Analyst (Contractor) - Korea in Seoul, South Korea
Job Responsibilities:
・Manage Accounts Payable function
・Set up of vendors
・Set up discount and A&P expense items in Salesforce when required due to change in regulation or introduction of new SKU.
・Review of payment proposal
・Process payment in bank directly (Customs Fees, Taxes, A&P, SG&A, Out of Pockets)
・Process sales proposal payment through Salesforce which integrates into SAP
・Maintain support for payments electronically
・Review weekly payment proposal to vendors
・Resolve any exceptions on payment runs in a timely manner
・Prepare GLSU upload file into SAP
・Support business queries
1)Expense management & Corporate Card Administration. Support training to new employees and any business queries
2)Banking - Provide support to any ad hoc banking requests such as providing remittance receipt or bank transfer history to customers
3)Process Improvements & ad hoc project work as required
Required Experience & Education:
・Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
・Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience of 2 years working in Accounting, Finance or Business
2+ years experience in an automated ERP invoice processing environment, preferably SAP/ COUPA
Clear communication skills & capable in English (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service/communication skills and an ability to develop/maintain effective work relationships with customers at all levels and with other team members
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Experience & Education:
Experience in a paperless invoice processing “workflow” environment
Knowledge of Salesforce
Demonstrated experience with an understanding of SAP
Experience in FMCG or liquor industry
Good time management skills
Experience in an international FMCG group dealing with retail, chain, etc.
