Brown-Forman Sales and Marketing Manager - Korea in Seoul, South Korea

• Devise a sales and marketing strategy to drive meaningful growth for Brown-Forman Korea • Lead and manage the motivated Sales and Marketing team to achieve our goals • Oversee and be responsible for the company’s entire sales and marketing P&L • Ensure growth and development for the staff in the team through mentorship and on-the-job training • With the help of finance, build mid and long-term forecasts and projections

Sales Management:

  • Leading the sales team in reaching their goals by formulating growth strategies and implementing superior sales management skills

  • Define and align goals with on and off sales team leaders and the rest of the sales organization

  • Managing the full sales P&L and ensuring that all targets are met

  • Going to the market and understanding the trade to constantly improve our position and ensuring our strategies are relevant

  • Building and Managing relationships with key stakeholders in the industry

  • Develop and mentor each sales individual to ensure the team grows with the organization

  • Out of the box thinking to identify and capture unique opportunities

Marketing Management:

  • Leading and guiding the marketing team in the formulation of excellent brand strategies

  • Oversee and provide guidance for the management and responsibilities of brand and trade marketing budgets

  • Ensuring that marketing and sales spending are working in synergy to maximize ROI

  • Develop and mentor each marketing individual and ensure the team grows with the organization

  • Balance the short, medium and long term returns of our marketing investments

  • Work closely with global brand stakeholders to ensure the market receives the appropriate amount of support and resource allocations

Required Experience & Education:


  • College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);

  • Masters Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent);

  • Business or related tertiary qualification


  • 10 years + in a man management role/leadership role;

  • 10-15 years of Sales and Marketing experience in sales management and developing category strategies – medium- and long-term and has demonstrated a successful track record.

Preferred Experience & Education:

  • Experience: In-depth knowledge of the Korean trade and activation elements

  • Experience in liquor industry
