What You Can Expect
Functional knowledge of the sales process: Identifying new opportunities and applications that add value for the customer while enhancing the value for B-F. Experience managing large, multi-site clients. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and marketing growth while building brand equity.
Leadership: The ability to articulate vision and inspire others toward achieving brand goals. Establish and communicate a clear direction while developing and inspiring a shared sense of purpose. Able to persuade and influence external stakeholders to take incremental interest in Brown-Forman brands.
Promotion of Brown-Forman brands in the on-premise. Achievement of brand placement and brand awareness with consumers and customers
Maintain effective business relationships with key customers, ensuring that B-F is recognized as the category expert
Implement effective business plans with key customers, which drive profitable volume for B-F and achieves financial success for the customer
Assist with business reviews with key customers that gauge the effectiveness of account plans and specifies corrective action where necessary to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Ensure key account in-outlet standards in relation to merchandising standards are maintained
Continuously update and maintain all information requirements within internal reporting systems, including comprehensive account and territory plans. Ensure effective use of sales tools
Execute & evaluate all National, regional & tactical consumer promotional programs to the required level of impact and effectiveness within the set timing and budgets
Be continually aware of competitor activity and ensure that this is immediately communicated to the business through correct channels i.e. Brand Managers, Trade Marketing, Team meetings etc
Take a responsible approach to effectively managing time in order to achieve all set deadlines
Effectively and efficiently manage any business expenses incurred in line with Company guidelines
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
4-6 Years selling experience (Horecadi, On-premise)
Demonstrated knowledge of on-premise business and distribution system
Experience in FMCG selling environment
Tertiary qualified in a business related field
Experience in the retail liquor industry is highly preferred
