Meaningful Work From Day One

Brand Ambassador is first and foremost the face and voice of our brands for consumers, customers and business partners. The role is involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting and communicating about the company’s products through various channels as well as working closely with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

Excelling in this role requires excellent communication and networking skills to nurture strong relationships with key customers and professional communities, and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Normally, this position requires working mostly not in the office, but the travel and meetings schedule may and will vary throughout the years.

What You Can Expect

■ Building rapport and trustful relationships with customers, distributors, bartending community, and consumers. Educating and training them on Brown-Forman products to build brand awareness and loyalty.

■ Planing, creating and reporting out social media activities in line with brand priorities to drive brand awareness and attract new customers and consumers. Monitoring customer and consumer reviews and feedback.

■ Proposing drinking strategies for the company’s products, creating new cocktails and cocktail cards, and POSM materials for on-trade customers.

■ Participating and representing B-F in On and Off trade industry shows and events as a company spokesperson. Assisting in organizing marketing events.

■ Collecting market insights, trends, and competitor activities and reporting them to the marketing team.

What You Bring To The Table

● Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role

● Work experience in the on-trade industry (bartender, bar administrator, and alike).

● Ability to travel.

● Knowledge of the Chinese on-trade environment and bartending community.

● Creative Problem Solver

● Strong social media presence on multiple platforms, experienced in creating online content.

● An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.

● Superior communication skills (influencing & persuasion, listening, presentations, written). Fluent in English and Chinese.

● Ability to build productive relationships at all levels.

● Collaborative team player, able to build & maintain productive partnerships.
