Meaningful work from Day One

This role is a Key Account Manager - eCommerce position that is part of the eCommerce and Marketing team. The role will be responsible for the management of our key accounts of authorised stores on eCommerce, as well as driving business growth and development through the recruitment of new eCommerce key accounts.

Drive growth and innovation of E-Commerce Ecosystem

  • Be a key role in China E-commerce business strategy development and implementation to deliver overall business objectives.

  • Formulate, Build, Drive and Manage business model, partnership and technology-enabled solutions in Brown-Forman China.

  • Ecommerce strategy development and plan execution to deliver business result for e-premise.

  • Focus on authorised e-tailers management, and development of new accounts.

  • Ecommerce strategy development and plan execution to deliver business result for e-premise.

  • Closely work with line manager to plan and execute eComm KA development strategy for BF China;

  • In-depth understanding on China eCommerce landscape, preferred candidates with strong insights in spirit industry – to identify and unlock the business grow opportunities;

  • KA client management to further strengthen business relationship with eComm key accounts to achieve volume KPIs;

  • Clear KPI set up/ sales plans / promotions calendars for Key Accounts to be in line with company strategy. Regular reports monitoring, regular analysis (including conversion rate, GMV, PV, UV etc), improvement action plans and execution

Business Development

  • Recruit new eComm KA clients to further drive business growth.

  • Work closely with sales and distributors to co-decide on platform purchase plan and product investment.

  • Constant Customer Service training and set operation guidance to standardize routine operation.

  • Sales volume tracking, reporting with KA evaluation.

  • Effective communication across divisions to ensure success implementation on planned programs

What you bring to the table

  • 8 years working experience in sales related industry – at least 2 years working experience in eCommerce related field; Spirit industry background is strongly preferred;

  • Strong passion in Spirit Industry

  • Willing to learn, a goal getter!

  • Willing to travel on a regular basis (30%) – as KA clients cover in different regions across China.

  • Proficient computer skills – excel & ppt;

  • Good command of English, oral & written (emphasis on written. Oral - professional level is acceptable)
