Meaningful Work From Day One
Overall, the responsibility of the Regional Brand Manager is to manage the development of the assigned brand strategy and its implementation and tracking through all marketing tools
and resources in consultation with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders. Drive the growth and development of the Emerging Brands (Woodford Reserve, Glendronach & BenRiach) within the B-F Emerging International portfolio to accelerate the growth of the trademarks. Connects and collaborates with multiple internal and external constituencies/stakeholders, including Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams in Emerging Asia, Asia Regional and Global brand teams, Marketing and PR agencies and other suppliers/business partners.
What You Can Expect
Brand Management & Planning
Lead the strategy and implementation for the Emerging Brands Portfolio in consultation with the Marketing Manager.
Contribute to preparing the annual Marketing plans across the portfolio, collaborating with the Sales team.
Lead preparation of marketing activities in line with the annual marketing plan by translating the long-term strategies into short-term, tactical plans and activities to deliver fiscal year objectives and the budget needed for implementation.
Lead the briefing, development and approval process for any local or global creative adaptation for Emerging Brands.
Lead the implementation of Emerging Brands' new product development (NPD) to the market.
Manage the Emerging BrandsP&L’s investment lines (tracking A&P based on budget guidelines) with maximizing efficiency.
Supervise the effective implementation of marketing activities, competitive price positioning and complying with brand equity guidelines
Leadership & Communication
Collaborate with the Sales team in Emerging Asia to ensure the Marketing plans are appropriate and adaptable to different channels and account segments.
Manage the Marketing agency partners to ensure that briefings and deliverables meet the company’s objectives.
Liaise with agency partners in designing and producing marketing communications materials, including digital, central, and related materials.
Provide ad hoc support on special projects as needed.
Strategy & Insights
Seek, monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities and build strong consumer/category/trade insights that underpin brand strategies..
Leverage key processes, frameworks and resources to understand customer, consumer, channel, and campaign insights for more informed decision making & planning
Implement new processes and learnings as training opportunities provide.
Capability & Culture Building
Be an advocate and ambassador for brand knowledge and best-in-class adoption
Play an active role with Distributor Partners - particularly in the education, need for excellence in execution and portfolio performance review with Distributor Partners, Field Sales staff, and Commercial Teams.
What You Bring to the Table
College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
+7 years of experience in Marketing
Experience in managing global brands
Experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing
Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Excellent command of English
Experience from Alcohol Beverage / CPG industry
