Brown-Forman Digital Marketing Analyst (Singapore, Manila or Bangkok) in Singapore, Singapore

Scope of role:

This position is responsible for providing critical analytical support across our MENA (Middle East & North Africa) and SEA (South East Asia) region. You will work closely with our digital and marketing teams as well as our agency partners to evaluate digital campaigns, report on media analytics and provide business insights for regional growth (based on digital intelligence).

This role can be based in either Singapore, Manila or Bangkok locations

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop processes and competencies in evaluating our digital marketing efforts

  • Partner with local marketers and agencies in setting KPIs for their digital activities

  • Perform post-evaluations on all campaigns and report back to the local markets and the Portfolio Digital Marketing Manager with insights

  • Utilize a variety of data sources, both internal and external to analyze and advise upon the performance and effectiveness of digital and social platforms

  • Work with agencies to develop a more efficient means to achieve KPIs on further activations

  • Oversee all analytical efforts across regional digital activities and develop digital data centre of excellence for the region

  • Identify ways of mining and utilizing digital data by tapping into new agencies and tools

  • Conduct target audience analysis to better understand brand performance within key market segments

  • Identify new means of enhancing our targeting capabilities using sources such as CRM databases

  • Work with local teams to focus reporting needs on metrics that are meaningful to the business; share best practices of measurements across the region

  • Be the expert regional expert for Digital Intelligence and provide regional training support to regional teams on usage of analytic platforms

  • Conduct page and content audits in order to analyze user engagement

  • Work with regional marketing teams to identify key competitor sets on which to conduct in depth competitor analytics with regards to digital media strategies

About you:

  • BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field

  • Around 3 years of heavy consumer and digital marketing analysis and insight experience

  • Around 3 years of marketing/digital marketing experience

  • Well versed in modern media: digital platforms, mobile and other social media

  • Proven capability working with analytical agencies, sources and tools

  • Strong project management skills

  • High level of fluency in English

  • Strong results orientation; able to find focus when faced with ambiguity

  • Superior presentation and communication skills; proven ability to influence others

  • Well-versed in Powerpoint, Word and Excel

Desirable experience:

  • Statistical Analysis Skills

  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager

  • Knowledge of regional language will be an advantage (Thai, Bahasa, Tagalog etc)
