Brown-Forman Executive Assistant - Asia in Singapore, Singapore

Brown-Forman Asia is one of the operational units of the Brown-Froman International division. Meaningful Work From Day One

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The incumbent will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Asia Leaders working life and communication. This role is to provide support to the business management team in the B-F Asia (General Manager, Finance Director, Marketing Director, and HR Director) as well as other functional regional directors based in the Singapore office.

You Can Look Forward To

Administrative support to Asia Leadership Team

  • Support preparation of meetings and presentations, analyses and documents relating to the Directors’ needs

  • Ensuring proper flow of internal documents.

  • Make travel arrangements for Directors

  • Preparing expenses report for Directors

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

  • Take minutes and accurately enter data

Office and Facility Management

  • Office supply management (office needs, such as stationery, kitchen supplies)

  • Mail and courier delivery coordination (international and domestic)

  • Point of contact for the manager of the facility

  • Solving and following up issues connected to the facility

  • Communication of the important message from the building to the employees

  • Support with organizing events for employees (celebrations, festive occasions)

  • Managing any ad hoc projects related to the office, as refurbishment, move etc.

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Organised, detailed-oriented, ability to work independently

  • Experience with computer applications in particular advanced skills for office suites (Microsoft platforms or Google Suite)

  • Handling multiple projects to completion by agreed deadlines.

  • 1 year experience in the similar position, fresh graduates are most welcome to apply

  • Experience with SAP and other financial/commercial data systems is highly desirable
