Meaningful Work from Day One
Reporting to the International Learning & Development (L&D) Director, you will have the opportunity to act as the Senior Regional Learning Development Specialist managing our APAC region by partnering with the International L&D Director and local HR Partners to diagnose and deliver people & team development needs and opportunities.
You will be our regional expert in the disciplines of learning & leadership development, change management, and organisational effectiveness.
What you will experience
Regional responsibilities will include:
Facilitator of regional and global learning & leadership programs
Collaborate with HR Partners and Business Partners to identify, align and execute L&D initiatives
Diagnose regional/local development needs and consult with stakeholders to execute and align globally
Deliver assessment feedback, this includes interpreting data from a broad range of tools (including EQi, 360s), providing insights and co-creating development plans
Support the execution of team development and effectiveness initiatives
Research and evaluate best practices in Learning & Development and drive continuous improvement across the region
Key regional user for the Learner Management System (LMS)
Provide project management support to Global Development Programs, and support communications across Regional Leadership Teams
Manage regional L&D budget and invoicing
Support regional learning event execution in partnership with Learning Operations and Local HR Partners
Ability and readiness to travel regionally – min 20%
Global responsibility will include:
Partner with VP, Global Learning & Development to identify, develop and execute globally relevant initiatives
Partner with other L&D Leaders and Specialists to share, design and facilitate learning and development innovations that inform the global people development strategy
What You Can Add To The Team
Relevant experience in a Learning & Development or Organisational Development related role
Experience working with multicultural teams and with businesses that are in various stages of their development
Excellent stakeholder management experience and demonstrated ability to work with Senior Leadership
Project management experience, ability to manage priorities
Fluent in English and one additional language (Chinese is highly preferred)
Excellent virtual and in-person facilitation skills and solid consulting experience
Excellent computer skills, specifically Google, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and HR/LMS Technology such as Workday, Cornerstone
Ability to use analytics to identify trends and insights about learning, leadership, and people development as well as to measure impact of interventions
Vendor and budget management experience
Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent is highly desirable
Certification to deliver specific interventions/assessments/training such as Predictive Index, EQi, Hogan, 360, Coaching, MBTI or other psychometric tools is highly desirable
