We are looking for the ultimate Jagermeister Brand advocate! A go-getter to champion the brand not only within the business, but also with our customers & most importantly - consumers. Someone who lives and breathes the brand and rallies people to follow, someone who thrives where culture lives - THE NIGHT! The role also encompasess brand management for 2 B-F owned brands - Chambord & Finlandia.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial management

  • Fully understand the brand P&Ls and the associated levers that will benefit the overall band performance and deliver long term profitable growth

  • Monitor brand performance against sales forecasts and competitors. Determine corrective action where necessary in conjunction with sales counterparts.

  • Monitor market landscape (category, consumer & shopper) to highlight and scope out future brand opportunities

  • Evaluation of brand performance and plans including contribution of programs and expressions.

Brand Leadership

  • Be the ringleader for Jagermeister - be adventurous, be daring (but not reckless), be bold and love the night!

  • Demonstrate out of the box thinking and willingness to challenge to norm

  • Lead cross functional collaboration - take key stakeholders throughout the organization on the journey to deliver key programs and strategic initiatives

  • Maintain and nurture the relationship with global brand owners including; regular contact & information sharing to ensure on-time delivery of mutual objectives

  • Lead the overall strategy of the 3 brand – be the main contact for all brand enquiries

  • Willingness to spend time out in the trade to understanding practical implementation of all activities in both major channels

  • Liaise with the commercial team on the execution of marketing plans in the field, and review the effectiveness

  • Lead the knowledge of local & global brand assets and their relevance to the local market

Brand Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead the development and global approval of annual brand plans across all 3 brands

  • Develop and implement brand objectives, strategies and promotional programs in line with global brand strategy

  • Lead the agency briefing, development and delivery for any local creative or global creative adaptations

  • Lead the collaboration with the media strategy partners to build & implement the media strategy and plans

  • Lead development and implementation of key brand programs & events TTL in collaboration with the channel marketing team, sales managers & agency partners.

What you bring to the table:

  • Marketing related tertiary qualification with 3-5 years experience in brand marketing role

  • Or 7+ years of relevant liquor industry experience

  • Experience in leading ATL and BTL campaigns including in depth knowledge of digital and social

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, able to translate insight into ideas and strategies fit for growth

  • Passion for brands which translate this into an “ambassador” attitude

  • A team player with persuasive stakeholder management skills, and able to build strong working relationships (local and international)

  • Strong commercial acumen & analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience with Aztec/IRI , Shopper Marketing & Trade Marketing , consumer insights is highly regarded

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
