Meaningful work from Day One
An exciting and unique opportunity exists, to join the ePremise team as Business Development Executive – ePremise. The role will lead online retail key account activities, assisting the Sales teams in driving business growth for omni-channel and pure play ePremise customers. Digital at its core, this role will leverage the Brown-Forman portfolio throughout existing and incremental online retail customers in order to create distinctive and memorable brand experiences and to maximise sales in synergy with our existing channels.
You will be responsible for the successful deployment of digital marketing & eCommerce services to customers nationally. You will build strong working relationships with digital specialists and sales teams. You will also be driving the implementation of the customer strategy and growing mutually beneficial relationships between Brown-Forman and customers, increasing both bottom lines.
What you will experience
Lead account management and day to day activations for online retail customers
Measure / Evaluate account plans, sales targets and realised value
Lead generation: drive incremental business, achieve revenue target
Conduct detailed campaign analysis to generate valuable insights and recommendations to customers
Leverage insights to support growth plans and increase customer engagement
Analyse data extracting commercial and consumer insights for new opportunities
Conduct superior client servicing
Create commercially viable scenarios that support customer strategies
Upload and optimise digital brand content
Optimise and develop the B2B platform for sustainable growth
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop initiatives for super premium and luxury products which aim to maximise profit
Conduct regular business reviews to measure performance against agreed behaviours and objectives
Support finance and supply chain with accurate volume forecasting
Communicate the value proposition with the customer
Provide industry or business relevant information the customer will value
Learn everything you can about the customer and their business
Possess a strong working knowledge of digital and eCommerce products
Be a brand knowledge expert on all brands in the B-FA portfolio
Construct meaningful business dialogue with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in sales; constructing commercial deals
Digital production skills
Experience within the premium, super premium and luxury sales channels
Good understanding of the single malt whiskey
Experience in eCommerce and FMCG online retail environments is not required but desirable. If you are passionate about the eCommerce channel and are willing to learn more about it, this might be the role for you!
