Brown Forman Australia Pty Ltd consists of a team of 150 people, work in regional and city locations throughout the country, with offices in Sydney (Head Office), Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Your new role:
The role of Channel Activation Executive is responsible for the development and implementation of shopper activation plans for our off-premise channel. You will drive alignment between our brand and sales objectives, and also between Brown-Forman and customer objectives.
This position is full time, based at our National Head office in Sydney CBD.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop the shopper activation plan for your designated channel in collaboration with the Sales, Brand and Insights team.
Embrace and promote Brown-Forman’s Brand building ethos, ensuring all activations are within brand guidelines.
Manage budgets to optimize our investment effectiveness for each program (including sourcing competitive pricing from third party suppliers)
Foster a collaborative relationship with the Sales & Marketing functions to drive alignment between internal stakeholders
Foster a collaborative relationship with the Retail Team to drive alignment between internal stakeholders and our customer objectives.
Manage the agency briefing process for all activities from start to finish to ensure excellent execution.
Conduct evaluation of all activations to determine the level of impact and effectiveness of each program against a predetermined set of objectives
Establish and develop strong business relationships with key customers, suppliers and agencies through effective planning, communication and collaboration
Monitor competitor activity and ensure that Brown-Forman maintains a superior presence and competitive edge in the marketplace.
Effectively and efficiently manage any business expenses incurred in line with company guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years’ experience in marketing or trade/shopper marketing.
Experience within liquor industry or similar FMCG category.
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others.
Excellent communication and project/ time management skills.
Can do attitude.
Advanced skills in Microsoft office/ MAC software
Proven track record of creativity, flair and willingness to innovate
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field
The starting salary for this role is $75,000 pa.
