Brown-Forman Channel Activation Executive in Sydney, Australia
Responsible for the implementation and delivery of promotional and experiential partnerships within the on-premise channel- including events, competitions, visual installations and the sourcing and creation of branded assets.
Embrace and promote B-F’s Brand building ethos within all B-F programs
Develop a robust/ credible BTL point of purchase plan for each activation
Manage budgets to optimize our investment effectiveness for each program- including sourcing competitive pricing from third party suppliers
Foster a collaborative relationship with the Sales & Marketing functions to drive alignment between internal stakeholders
Foster a collaborative relationship with the National Accounts On-Premise team to drive alignment between internal stakeholders and ensure BF objectives are being met- including the management and communications of all collaborative requests
Agency management and briefing of all projects from start to finish including managing brand installations and project budgets
Establish and develop strong business relationships with key customers, suppliers and agencies through effective planning, communication and collaboration
Conduct evaluation of all activations to determine the level of impact and effectiveness of each program against a pre-determined and mutually agreed set of objectives
Monitor competitor activity and ensure that B-F maintains a superior presence and competitive edge in the market place
Effectively and efficiently manage any business expenses incurred in line with company guidelines
Work closely with the Advocacy and Training Manager on related advocacy projects as & when required
2+ years’ experience in a trade marketing, marketing or sales capacity.
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Collaboration / teamwork – to be able to work in a team environment
Experience in the Advanced skills in the range of Microsoft office/ MAC software
Track record of creativity, flair and willingness to innovate
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field
Experience in the on premise Liquor Industry.
Experience in liquor industry or similar FMCG category.
