Meaningful Work from Day One
We are 2 exciting opportunities available to join Brown-Forman Australia. Working closely with the Channel Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for developing and executing our Retail Channel Marketing plan. Your role will work cross-functionally and integrate Sales and Marketing priorities for the Retail Channel, to drive the availability of our dynamic portfolio for consumers.
What you will experience
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on customer and brand strategies and incorporate into the plans for the retail channel customer groups
Develop the briefing, development and approval of the Retail Channel Marketing plan (by customer)
Develop and execute the marketing plans and input into budgets
Ensure all marketing requirements are met for new product launches and initiatives within the channel
Integrate consumer, shopper and category insights and trends into plans
Collaborate cross functionally on pre and post evaluations of programs and communicate key findings
Support team by monitoring and reporting competitor activity within the Retail Channel
Establish and develop strong business relationships with key customers, suppliers and agencies
Foster a collaborative relationship with all internal stakeholders
Manage the end-to-end agency briefing process for all activities
Spending time in trade with our retail partners to provide expert guidance on how category and brand choices for consumers
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in marketing or trade/shopper marketing.
Ability to build robust relationships and work collaboratively with others at all times
Excellent project/ time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
Superb communication skills
Track record of creativity, flair and ability to innovate
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field are preferred
Experience in liquor industry or similar FMCG category is desirable
