Our Australian team of 150 people, work in regional and city locations throughout the country, with offices in Sydney (Head Office), Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Your new role:

Working in our Business Planning & Analytics Team, this new position will be responsible for leading the analysis of business performance across Sales and Marketing, utilising a wide range of data sets to develop robust business insights and craft the story “ behind the numbers .”

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Business insights - leveraging and analysing a broad range of data sets and working with the advanced analytics team to develop impactful dashboards

  • Optimising resource allocation to maximise profit and providing clear recommendations on changes to be made

  • Be a trusted business partner to sales & marketing teams - analysing promotional effectiveness, identify insights and provide tools to support decision making

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting

  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to Commercial Analytics Manager when required

  • Actively be involved in projects, which will form a large part of this role

About you:

  • Relevant experience in commercial analytics and data interpretation

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Proven experience in business partnering and ability in influencing stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability in prioritising workload and meeting reporting deadlines

  • Experience in using / developing Tableau is highly regarded

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required to be considered for this role
