Meaningful Work from Day One
This new position provides a unique and pivotal role in business partnering with the Marketing Leadership Team (‘MLT’) to drive and optimise the performance of our brands, owned and distributed by Brown-Forman ANZPI.
As a member of the MLT, your role will act as a key support, challenger and decision influencer to the Marketing Director and wider Marketing leadership team.
With focus on achievement of the broader business performance ambitions, your primary goal is to optimise the performance of our brands with consumers in the medium-longer term, through strategic allocation of marketing spend and the delivery of sustainable revenue growth management and pricing strategies.
What you will experience
Commercial and Financial business partnership to the Marketing Leadership team as an independent, subject matter expert and decision influencer
Strategic management and tactical allocation of marketing funds
Ownership and implementation of the medium-long term pricing and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy across the product portfolio and customer channels
Joint ownership and accountability for the delivery of the Brand Expense (A&P) budget from both a total Brown-Forman and Brand perspective
As the custodian of the process, challenging and leading how we measure, evaluate and optimise marketing investment
Driving best-in-class commercial and financial capability across the marketing organisation
Bachelor's degree (Commerce / Business / Finance / Science / Maths / Engineering)
Minimum 2+ years in developing and executing pricing / RGM strategy
Minimum 8+ years experience in commercial business partnering
Extensive experience in FMCG industry
Proven ability to drive and deliver commercial outcomes within a marketing organisation
Commercial acumen & understanding of execution hurdles
Exceptional business partnering skills and ability to influence
Advanced Excel skills and Powerpoint skills
