Brown-Forman Digital Brand Manager, Jack Daniels (12 month fixed term contract) in Sydney, Australia

Your new role:
This position will be responsible for leading digital marketing for our North American whiskey portfolio, consisting of Jack Daniels, Woodford Reserve & Old Forester. You will develop and consult across digital activities with brand managers and the sales team to provide digital planning expertise on the NAW portfolio and platforms.
*Note: This position is a 12 month fixed term contract *
Duties & Responsibilities:
Pioneer best-in-class digital practices across all campaigns, platforms and brand activities;
Work with brand team in developing, implementing, consulting and measuring digital components of ATL campaigns, programs and properties
Lead the education of digital/social practices across internal teams;
Own the brand TOV across social/digital comms;
Manage relationships with media and creative agencies, along with digital partners to implement leading marketing strategies;
Collaborate with global brand teams across campaigns and digital activities;
Work with agencies and brand managers to develop AU-centric social content;
Assist in developing digital capabilities with sales leaders, marketing and shopper teams to assist in the implementation of joint business planning;
Lead reporting for all digital programs;
Ensure all brand digital activity is compliant with legal and company requirements;
Oversee and manage assets, brand publishing and outbound consumer messaging across all digital platforms; and,
Be the face of digital to all internal and external stakeholders and drive momentum for all digital activity.
About you :
Around 3-5 years strong digital marketing experience, media management
Experience with FMCG industry is highly regarded
Expert knowledge of social media marketing (eg, Facebook, Instagram)
Technical experience with Photoshop and backend website management
Marketing or business related tertiary qualification
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Previous experience in translating insight into new ideas and strategies
Brand ambassador attitude and team player
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build robust working relationships with local and global teams
