E-COMMERCE BUSINESS MANAGER

About You: The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a solid understanding of supply chain. Whilst you may not have an eCommerce background, you will be excited about the opportunity to leverage your customer centric sales experience and social media/online skills to grow your career in the eCommerce space. About the Role: Our eCommerce Business Manager is responsible for executing the B2B strategy and the B2B eCommerce Store with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships, driving the segmentation strategy including venue acquisition, venue retention, frequency of purchase & ROI. Additionally the role implements and manages the Australian B2B eCommerce Store with a focus on planning, forecasting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs that all lead to an increase in customers and growth in revenue.
