Our Australian team of 150 people, work in regional and city locations throughout the country, with offices in Sydney (Head Office), Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Meaningful Work From Day One
Reporting to our HR Director (APAC), this position will deliver influential and strategic HR support and initiatives across assigned business units. This position will serve as a true business partner with a hands-on approach to managing the total employment life cycle.
The role will act as a trusted advisor with our leadership team, employees, and also be responsible for executing HR policies and procedures to support our overall business objectives.
What You Will Experience
Provide dynamic data, insights, ideas, coaching and tools to enable our leaders to maximise talent and performance
Serve as a trusted advisor to our Marketing, IT and & Finance (including Supply Chain) teams across the ANZPI (Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands) region. You will support a broad range of topics such as performance management, talent attraction, retention, learning & development, D&I, organisational design, employee engagement, reward and succession planning.
Build strong relationships across all HR disciplines globally
Provide change leadership expertise across initiatives that people people and culture
Drives awareness and initiatives which support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda
Support the business units’ recruitment efforts and our global talent acquisition team to ensure a professional, efficient and fair hiring process.
Lead employee-relations investigations when required
Partner with payroll for monthly preparation and checks
Your Profile
Circa 7+ years HR generalist experience, with solid background in business partnering capacity
Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes
Understanding of the latest trends within the HR and translate this into action for the business
Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, coaching our leaders to manage their people priorities with confidence
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Corporate and Regional management, as well as employees across functions
Proven ability to influence via great facilitation and coaching
Strong organization skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of personnel both within and outside the company
Ability to travel 10%
Formal education (University degree or equivalent) in HR
Experience working with finance / marketing business units will be highly regarded
