Brown-Forman Insights Manager - Consumer & Shopper (Part time) in Sydney, Australia

Your new role:
You will be responsible for providing meaningful consumer and shopper insights to help guide brand and business decisions. Working closely with Brand Marketing, Sales & Channel Marketing, you will convert data from multiple sources into insights to create solutions that lead to profitable & sustainable growth. This role will also play a key role in assisting with the facilitation of workshops to uncover any issues & opportunities.
*This is a permanent part time opportunity (3 days per week - flexible)*
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage consumer & shopper research projects, including issue identification, briefing, agency selection, results facilitation and embedding insights into strategy.
Work as a key business partner with Brand Marketing, Sales & Channel Marketing
Work with global insights teams to ensure alignment and leverage global research systems and processes where appropriate
Assist with market summaries, utilising multiple data sources to provide an insightful view of the category, trends, competitors, opportunities and issues
Collaborate with marketing teams in reviewing project success, through post evaluation of market activities
Assist facilitating brand strategy sessions, developing bespoke workshops to identify key strategic priorities and solutions
Provide inputs into brand planning processes and inspire sales & marketing teams with detailed key market trends
Around 4 years experience in consumer & shopper research
Experience in FMCG industry is desirable
Strong experience in facilitating workshops and collaborating across marketing and sales functions
Demonstrated success in applying data insights to business needs
Advanced knowledge in consumer research protocols
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word applications
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline
