Brown-Forman National Account Manager - eCommerce in Sydney, Australia

What can you look forward to?

Reporting into the National Business Manager, On Premise and e-commerce, you would be responsible for the management of our online key accounts as well as driving business growth and development through the recruitment of new eCommerce Key accounts. Sales, business development, as well as ecommerce capabilities are key for this role.

This position will focus on building and implementing a best-in-class E Commerce strategy, building our strategic areas of focus to align with our current partners and growth opportunities within the market.

Engaging with our marketing and sales team, you will build the best digital commerce strategy for shoppers and customers.

What Makes this a Great Opportunity

  • Building and driving our e commerce proposition to identify and drive portfolio opportunities with customers and establish key partnerships and build the B2B offeringthrough meaningful customer relationships

  • Managing some of the most dynamic e-commerce customers in the liquor market (Amazon/BoozeBud)

  • Conduct end to end account management with e-commerce customer base including pricing, promotion, execution, category management and NPD distribution.

  • Collaborate with digital, marketing and commercial teams to execute strategic objectives and increase online market share through the delivery of a strong joint business plan

  • Demonstrate expertise in gathering data, insights, and results to create engaging presentations for business reviews and roadmaps

  • In-depth understanding of the ecommerce landscape to identify and unlock business growth opportunities

  • Management of the e-commerce P&L

  • Evaluation of e-commerce performance and investment, developing initiatives to meet and deliver objectives

  • Identify category solutions that drive long term sustainable growth

  • Work with the Marketing Communications specialist to develop & manage content across customer digital touchpoints

  • Establishing market leading customer experiences for our platform presence

What you bring to the table

  • Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);

  • Previous Digital/ecommerce experience within an ecommerce FMCG business or marketplace;

  • Deep understanding of e-commerce path to purchase considerations and optimisation opportunities that deliver improved shopper experiences and commercial outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships

  • Ability to tailor e-commerce price and promotion tactics to drive an increased share ofdigital cart;

  • Understanding of the role of content and messaging on digital platforms and how to utilize this to influence the digital cart;

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and create ecommerce campaigns and promotions which deliver against defined ecommerce success metrics;
