Strategy
Create incremental mutual value within business plans
Understand customer needs and, with sound problem solving skills, make recommendations on joint business plans
Evaluate initiatives and make recommendations on improvements based on results
Build key customer strategy that delivers both qualitative and quantifiable objectives
Every account must have a plan that links to overall territory builds
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate to understand the bedrock that drives the customers decision making process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Spend time in-venue outside of official business
Provide industry or business relevant information to support sound decision making
Commercial Build Capability
Commercial scenarios linked to BFA / Customer strategies
Commercial scenario`s linked to core decision making triggers
Insights to support your case and increase customer engagement
Present market and category trends to customer
Manage trading terms and tender process with key customers
Sales Administration
Evaluate account plans within set timings
Evaluate brand activations within set timings and budgets
Obtain scan data from outlets
Analyze data extracting commercial and consumer insights for new opportunities
General internal account maintenance
What you bring to the table
Minimum 5 years key account experience in FMCG selling environment
Experience in liquor industry is highly regarded
Proven P&L Management
People management capability
Ability to generate incremental profit streams
High level communication and collaboration skills
