Meaningful Work from Day One

As an integral sales leadership role, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a high performing team as you continue to develop our people, our iconic brands and enhance commercial partnerships with some of the largest influential customers in the industry.

What you will experience

Leadership

  • Lead a team of On Premise and Retail field sales professionals

  • Coach to develop capability, investing time in field regularly

Key Business/Account Management

  • Manage and grow key state based On Premise business (NSW Metro/ACT)

  • Develop effective business partnerships with key customers, as the channel expert

  • Formulate meaningful strategies and plans to deliver short and long term objectives

  • Prepare and present business reviews with accounts

Sales Administration and Field Execution

  • Build effective and efficient territory plans, reviewing sales & P&L reports

  • Lead the execution of localized event and advocacy initiatives

  • Evaluate sales and marketing initiatives and programs

  • Conduct general sales administration

Internal and External Partnerships

  • Develop strong and meaningful internal & external partnerships

  • Spend time in the trade outside of traditional business hours and undertake travel as required

  • Collaborate with internal partners to be updated with emerging trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activity

Your Profile

  • Proven sales leadership success - managing, coaching and developing field sales teams

  • Strong experience in selling environment, managing key accounts and developing dynamic business plans

  • Commercial mindset, P&L & budget management

  • Experience within On-Premise channel is highly regarded

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influential skills

  • Flexibility in spending time in-trade outside of traditional business hours and undertaking state-based travel as required
