Job Description:

Scope of Position:

• Management of Off Premise shopper focused activity and POSM plans for the State Independents


• Inventory management of POS & merchandise.

• Assist in the execution of major shopper activations for the other Off Premise channels.

• Develop the shopper activation plan for your designated channel in collaboration with the Sales,

• Brand and Insights team and under the guidance of the Shopper Marketing Manager.

• Brief agency partners and suppliers to develop best in class activities OTIF.

• Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure all activities are briefed efficiently and


• Support Salesforce to drive best in class execution.

• Foster strong relationships with Salesforce via in-trade visits and regular communication (chatter).

• Develop and effectively manage POSM and permanent display inventory.

• Assist in the execution of major shopper activations for the other Off Premise channels.

• Support Shopper Marketing Off Premise team when required.

• Be the main contact person to resolve customer and consumer in-market activation issues.

• Effectively and efficiently manage project budgets and timelines.

• Manage business expenses incurred in line with company guidelines.

​• Conduct evaluation of all promotional activations for your designated channel, to determine their level of impact and effectiveness against set objectives.

• Build on the success of previous activations through evaluation learnings, innovation and driving efficient spending.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or sales capacity.

• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others.

• Excellent communication and project/ time management skills.

• Can do attitude.

• Experience in the advanced skills in the range of Microsoft office/ MAC software

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous shopper/trade marketing experience.
