Meaningful Work From Day One
The Finance Manager will be leading, directing and administering all the financial activities for Taiwan. This role will provide advice, counsel and analytical support on key business issues to the General Manager and Taiwan leadership team. This includes strategy, revenue growth management, business planning, forecasting, financial controls, business processes, and management reporting. You will be responsible for Taiwan’s financial planning, financial/commercial analysis and insights to support profitable business growth and strategic resource allocation.
What You Can Expect
- Financial Analysis & Operational Effectiveness
Monthly analysis of business results with clear, compelling communication of key drivers of performance trends through monthly business reviews, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Establish processes for concise, accurate, periodic financial analysis and reporting on a timely basis.
Partners with regional/corporate functions to ensure the accurate and timely execution of accounting, credit, supply chain, tax, and treasury operations.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting
Oversee annual and quarterly planning processes for Taiwan, providing analysis and collaborative support with sales and marketing in building and communication/presentation of plans.
Provide accurate financial forecasts on the current state of the business measured against the on-going business updates on a timely basis along with the appropriate qualitative / quantitative analysis and recommendations.
Provide analytical support, reporting and control in managing brand marketing spend and SG&A budgets.
- Revenue Growth Management
Works closely with sales, supply chain, tax and other parties to establish appropriate transfer prices.
Work closely with sales in managing pricing including building, gaming, interpreting and standardizing price structures. Preparing analysis and recommendations on pricing and discounts.
Assess the value chain in order to identify opportunities that optimizes B-F’s value creation.
Initiate, provide and lead cross functional analysis (consumer, trade, financial) into meaningful insights about performance, identification of opportunities and risks and assessment of mitigation and contingency plans. .
Leads and champions revenue growth management initiatives and capabilities in Taiwan.
- Strategic Planning
Analyze and model the financial performance of the market to identify opportunities to support development of long-term strategic plans.
Collaborate with other functional areas (Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain) to identify areas of possible revenue growth, expansion, allocation of resources or cost reduction opportunities.
- Internal Controls
Ensure all appropriate financial controls and legal/regulatory requirements are properly followed.
Partner with Accounting, Credit and Transactions team to develop policies and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of proper internal controls surrounding financial results including compliance with corporate policies.

What Exactly Are We Looking For?
5+ years experience in similar positions within alcohol beverage or branded consumer products
Experience establishing business and internal control processes.
Experience in growing businesses in emerging markets.
Verbal and written fluency in English required.
Bachelors’ degree in finance, accounting or business administration required.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and generate and communicate insights.
Proven leadership and decision making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage and complete multiple and diverse activities within established timeframes.
Experience in international business (foreign currencies, etc).
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in various software packages (Microsoft excel, powerpoint, SAP, etc)
