Meaningful Work From Day One

This role will be responsible for day-to-day operation of Supply Chain in B-F Taiwan. You will be handling all Supply chain and logistics daily operation in customer service, importation, domestic distribution, in market repacking and special packaging assembly. You will also be the main point of contact with third party logistics service providers for all logistics related issues.

What You Can Expect

• Handling day-to-day operation of B-F Supply Chain Taiwan

• Being the first point of contact for customers regarding order processing

• Coordinating with accounting team for order credit release

• Coordinating with the third party logistics provider and customer for shipment delivery

• Managing shipping confirmation in system and all relevant aspects

• Monitor EDI connection with 3PL and be the main contact window for troubleshooting if any issues occur

• Liaise with third party logistics providers in the area of delivery arrangement, domestic transportation, VAS services and monthly reports collecting.

• Preparing importation declaration documentation; monitoring and coordinating with brokers for import declaration issues and arranging for relabeling, duty payment and goods release.

• Verifying and preparing payment applications for all third-party logistics billing, packaging raw material orders, and production raw material purchase and import duties.

• Coordinating for all re-packing and special packaging initiatives. Responsibilities include goods receipt, assembly and shipment of all special packages(festivals)

• Prepare for stock take and variance verification

• Prepare routine supply chain related reports

• Prepare documents for annual audit

What Exactly Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field

• Fluent business English

• Experience in SAP order processing

• Fundamental knowledge in accounting and supply chain management (inventory planning, demand planning, 3PL management and cost control)

• 2 - 3 years in logistics, import, and customer service field

• Familiar with Customer Service, warehousing and transportation

• Familiar with ERP System – SAP - or similar)

• Detailed-oriented, good communication skills
