Brown-Forman Trade Marketing Analyst in Taipei City, Taiwan

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager in Taiwan, the Trade Marketing Analyst plays a crucial role between Marketing & Sales - leveraging brand plans into executable channel & customer plans. The role will work across the portfolio of brands from the Super Premium portfolio such as Glendronach and Benriach to Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands, and will be responsible for trade activities and visibilities across all channels including Off Premise and On Premise. You will work closely with brand marketing teams, Sales teams as well as agencies to ensure excellence in execution (timeliness, quality of implementation & performance).

What You Can Expect

  • Support to develop channel segmentation and channel strategies via closely working with the trade marketing manager and sales team

  • Translate key Brand Strategy & Initiatives into field sales priorities and customer / channel plans

  • Develop and execute customer and consumer promotions & evaluate post campaign performance

  • Achieve the excellence in physical availability aligned with portfolio/channel strategy and track measures

  • Manage POS materials & GWP development, logistics & ensure implementation standards at store level

  • Use shopper insights and retail data to identify key customer & channel opportunities to build brand awareness, trial & penetration - through brand advocacy, customer promotions, in-store visibility and etc

  • Build strong working relationships with Brand Marketing team and Sales team to ensure that marketing plans and tactics are appropriate for field based brand building activities

  • Manage the Marketing agency partners to ensure that briefings and deliverables are meeting the company’s objectives

  • Gather on ground competitive intelligence and support to seek, monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities and build strong consumer/category/trade insights that underpin trade marketing strategy

  • Leverage key processes, frameworks and resources to understand customer, consumer, channel, campaign insights for more informed decision making & planning

  • Implement new processes and learnings as training opportunities provide

What You Bring to the Table

  • 4+ years of trade marketing experience

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering trade promotions, consumer promotions, and in- store visibility programs

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional

  • teams with influencing and communication skills

  • Native Mandarin and fluent in English
