Scope

Primary coordination support to BF marketing and sales teams in a frequently self-managed, fast paced environment.

Job Description

Marketing and Sales Team Support

  • Retail POS coordination (with sales and brand), allocation and inventory management

  • Coordinating communication to various agency and distributor partners - Retail, On-Premise and events/activations leads

  • Coordinate between BFC and PMA tools for in market execution throughout the year

  • Planning and execution of consumer/supplier/broker incentive trips and team meetings

  • Support VAP planning and buys

  • Aid in delivering portfolio growth of BF brands for Canada

  • Works with full team to identify additional training requirements and develop requisite training material/module

  • Create sales tools for brand programming that includes sell sheets, meeting decks, etc

  • Produce post performance analysis and program reports

  • Assist with overall sales and marketing projects

Must have requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years equivalent education/experience combination; or College Diploma and three to five years equivalent education/experience combination.

  • Ability to work proactively and independently. Be able to execute responsibilities with planning and organization in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to organize/complete multiple projects with limited direction; and perform work with accuracy and attention to detail amidst frequent interruptions.

  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with ambiguity and with multiple tasks and deadlines, problem-solving abilities with a keen sense of urgency.

  • Excellent skills to exercise initiative, good judgment, discretion and maturity in response to requests for data, issue resolutions and the ability to handle confidential information and documents.

  • Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement effective office procedures and processes.

  • Ability and willingness to learn additional software packages as required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel which include internal and external clients

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or overtime when needed

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in marketing for FMCG company

  • Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry
