Brown-Forman GTR Field Sales Specialist 销售专员- 海南地区 in China
This position will be based in Hainan Island and work to ensure the development of Brown-Forman brands in travel retail sales channels, in alignment with our brand building philosophy and global brand strategies. Working under the management of the North Asia Travel Retail Manager, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of all travel retail activities in Hainan. The role will collaborate with Global Travel Retail and local management teams to evaluate market conditions, implement sales and promotional plans and recommend changes.
Secure optimal retail brand visibility and dominate at the point of purchase
Provide outlet support and work directly with key retailer personnel, including store managers / supervisor to identify and act upon profitable growth opportunities
Proactively identify and exploit brand building opportunities through permanent merchandising and promotional activities
Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Integrated Marketing communication team on promotional calendar, permanent merchandising and BRM within region/accounts.
Ensure best in class execution of all promotional activations and evaluate these activities with customers.
Collaborate with team to manage and review A&P budget and invoice processing
Recruit, train and motivate Brand Ambassadors in the region by setting KPI, monitor performance and driving sales on a daily basis.
Conduct regular brand training for the retail staff with a focus on Super Premium portfolio.
Work directly with Customer Service and Supply Chain to effectively manage forecasting and any logistical challenges
Collaborate with local economy to keep up to date with local brand strategies and activities to provide recommendations and change
Conduct monthly business reviews and PICOS surveys to identify growth opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing
2+ years in FMCG selling environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication Skills
Confident presentation and training skills
Proven organizational skills
Fluent spoken and written Chinese ( Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
Fully literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) & Google Suite
Willing to travel extensively ( approximately 40% of time )
