Brown-Forman Marketing Manager - Thailand in Thailand

Reporting to the Country Head you will be overall responsible for Marketing and Trade Marketing activities in Thailand. You will use marketing / brand management/trade marketing and leadership skills to effectively drive the growth and development of brands within B-F Thailand portfolio. As a member of the Thailand Management Team, you will contribute to the development of the company's future strategic direction.
To lead, coordinate and champion the conceptualization & implementation of marketing/trade marketing and brand activities for Brown-Forman portfolio in Thailand
Provide strategic insights for the company to identify new opportunities for brands growth in Thailand
Prepare and own the annual marketing plan in consultation with the Marketing Director and Country Manager and roll-out to the team.
Work with the Sales and Channel Managers in Thailand to ensure our marketing plans are appropriate and adaptable to different channels and any account segmentation within channels.
Manage brand support and communication to the sales team and other departments to ensure that everyone is in line with brand & Trade activities.
Lead to plan and execute for new product development (NPD) to fulfill total portfolio.
Liaise with agency partners in the design and production of marketing communications materials, including digital, POSM and related materials.
Develop strong relationships with B-F and trade partners to ensure all field-based activities are executed with excellence.
Be responsible for managing the Brand P&L’s (tracking both A&P and discount spend within budget guidelines)
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
5 or more years of experience in Marketing
Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently
Advanced PC skills, PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot table would be advantage)
Demonstrated ability to handle projects to completion by agreed deadlines.
Fluent business English, both speaking and writing
Fluent Thai, both speaking and writing
Strong experience in Trade Marketing and Brand Management or Product Management
Relevant experience with FMCG or similar industry (preferable)
