Brown-Forman Sales Operations Analyst in Thailand

Under the guidance and supervision of manager, provide the sales teams with selling tools, systems and processes that support the strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, the job holder is required to support the teams with regular feedback and reporting, sales analysis and ensure they have the necessary engagement and access to training required. Manage all assets according to related budgets and management guidance. Play as the key user of Salesforce system plus other sales tools.

Responsibilities:

Discount Control

  • Cooperate with Sales and Finance to provide effective support to manage and supervise the discount align the company guild line and within the budget.•

  • Verify the discount supporting documents and complete the discount application in the Salesforce•

  • Connect and cooperate with other functional departments to resolve the discount issue.•

Reporting & Analysis

  • Cooperate with Sales and Supply Chain to do the quarterly stock forecast•

  • Base on the data to analysis where is the improvement and the opportunity•

Sales Operation

  • Support to prepare trade term contracts in collaboration with sales and manager

  • Booking accruals and budget (working closely with commercial finance analyst)

  • Work with sales to prepare and cooperate the whole process to get done the sales agreements.

  • Maintain the sales office daily operation•

  • Assist other functional department request

  • Collecting new customer data from sales team

Undertake special projects or other works as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • University degree/above in business, finance or a related discipline.

  • 3-5 years around work experience in a business analysis or decision support role in spirits or FMCG multinational company.

  • Excellent interpersonal skill to maintain a cooperative but professional relationship with the sales team and distributors.•

  • Excellent computer skills in Excel, PPT. and working experience of using system like CRM, SAP, SalesForce.com and mobile sales devices.•

  • Exceptional analytical skills and data sense, better to have the experience of Tableau or database.•

  • Positive thinking, initiative for problem solving and result driving.

  • Multitask handling and self-management.
