Meaningful Work From Day One
Portfolio vision of BF Poland is to build the strongest premium+ spirits portfolio. While we already have on board strong brands like Jack Daniel’s and Finlandia Vodka, Super-Premium is our next big bet on the way to realization of our vision. On one hand, luxury products market and, more importantly, super-premium spirits category is projected to grow consistently double-digit for the next decade or so, on the other – BF Polska has significantly strengthened its right to win in this market with development of Single Malt brands that already have an established market position in Poland and have a lot of potential for further development. This will require holistic strategic thinking to develop a winning portfolio and design competitive plans to win against fierce competition, but also a strong will to lead the paradigm shift within the organization, adding a strong portfolio pillar beyond Jack and Finlandia.
