Meaningful Work From Day One
This position is to help inform decision – making and solve business problems in Sales by converting data into information, selecting relevant data, and facilitating insightful solutions to complex problems.
This role is also responsible for the maintenance and development of current systems, reports and tools and the development of processes and tools that will allow more efficient and effective business management, increase sales and company revenue.
Reporting to Sales Processes and Operations Manager, Commercial Intelligence Analyst advances and promotes effective use of business intelligence to support the organization's business strategy.
Commercial Intelligence Analyst takes part in the sales planning process including sales forecast preparation and targeting both short term and long-term working closely with KAMs, Sales Force, Logistics and Finance. Its role also supports the Sales Team in daily operational tasks.
Leveraging expertise knowledge, Commercial Intelligence Analyst takes part and shapes internal processes as well as cross-functional projects, seeks better practices and contributes to the company to be successful in its aims. Plays a key role in knowledge and skills sharing.
What You Can Expect
Sales strategy co-piloting
Support Sales Processes and Operations Manager in co-piloting customer and channel strategy development.
Drive or be part of strategic projects or overall sales effectiveness enhancement initiatives in area of responsibilities.
Sales processes and tools effectiveness
Search for business intelligence solutions and tools to make Sales Teamwork effective.
Proactively participates in maintenance & integration of systems &tools.
Handling/support and optimizing the reporting systems and tools using internal and external data sources.
Drive existing tools development
Support Sales Operations Coordinators in existing/new tools improvement.
Close cooperation with IT, Finance and RGM and discover new opportunities for insights.
Apply lessons learnt to drive continual improvement within sales processes.
Sales Planning & Targeting
Prepare statistical Sales Forecast with commercial input and load data to the APO module in SAP.
Prepare short term and long-term sales forecast as input to budgeting, S&BP and quarterly revision process.
Support Sales Processing and Operation Manager in the targeting process. (customers / employees)
Provide sales data and reports relating to forecast, plans, and budget processes to the sales team.
Maintain a sales calendar. (promotional calendar – key customers)
Liaise regularly with business stakeholders to ensure the team has access to all relevant information to perform effectively in their roles.
Managing, updating, and ensuring high quality of customers database and relative to it reports.
Prepare analysis and offer action-driven recommendations and insights for Sales Managers, Finance and Marketing within area of responsibility.
Ensure the maintenance and update margin file and close cooperation in area of that aspect analysis with RGM.
Support Sales Operations Coordinators in creating and customizing the cyclic sales reports based on SAP, Nielsen, and internal and external customer data.
Supports the enhancement and compliance of Sales / Finance processes, standards, and systems
Calculate bonuses both for customers and Sales employees.
Actively ensures compliance with laws, policies, and best practices.

Responsible for sustainable improvement of the key customer metrics/KPIs
Ad hoc tasks occurring on Sales / Finance/ RGM-function.
Provide training to Sales employees regarding tools and data analysis.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree or similar education (apprenticeship in commercial profession)
At least a 4 years’ experience within sales department or databases
Fluent in Polish and English
Power BI or Tableau, SQL knowledge nice to have
PC proficiency MS Office (MS Excel, MS Access)
Strong analytical thinking
Quality Awareness - focus on keeping and enhancing the quality of what needs to be done in terms of accuracy, timeliness and consistent with policies, guidelines, and best practices
