Meaningful Work From Day One
Position of the Consumer Insight Specialist is responsible for deep brand and consumer understanding by delivering research, data analysis, and insights based on them.
Role reports directly to Brand & Business Insight Manager and time will be dedicated to partnering with the Marketing focusing on providing insight that will help the teams to develop growth strategies to accelerate Brown-Forman’s competitive edge and keep insights at the heart of the business.
This role requires project management skills, ability to lead, inspire and empower key stakeholders, both externally and internally supported by a curious mind, a passion for understanding consumer and an ability to analyses data to create powerful, actionable insight.
What You Can Expect
Manage cooperation with research agency partners, to help ensure Brown–Forman’s investment in research are maximized
Manage Global Brand Tracker study for Poland and conduct analysis based on it
Collaboratively work with the Marketing Team to help them reach growth of Brown-Forman brands
Analyze Brown-Forman and competitors brands status and identify insights based on those
In partnership with Brand & Business Insight Manager, provide brand and category diagnostic
Scan available data sources to deliver consumer insights resulting in Brown-Forman’s brands growth
Help identify key consumer trends in spirits industry
Support projects run by Global/European Brand & Business Insight Team
Manage ad-hoc (qualitative, quantitative) research projects with support form Brand & Business Insight Manager
Work in partnership with the brand teams to create actionable insight
Track and analyze market trends of spirits categories, Brown-Forman brands and competitors
Support annual brand planning process by providing insightful, evidence based situational analysis of available data/information sources.
What You Bring to the Table
Higher Education (BA degree) or comparable acquired job experience
FMCG experience working with insight and analytics either agency or client side
3+ years’ experience within insights
Familiarity with quantitative/qualitative research techniques
Familiarity with a broad range of consumer, category research and sources of data (Brand Health Tracking Data, U&A studies, Nielsen, CMR etc.)
Fluent in Polish and English
IT literate, MS Office & Google applications
