Meaningful Work From Day One

Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for leading and growing B-F business within subordinate strategic customers within discounters and e-commerce channels. Furthermore, encourage teamwork and winning culture by constant striving for excellence and Revenue Growth Management mindset to secure the best market position on-line and off-line for Brown-Forman brands (in the respect of the budget and legal aspects) and drive quality market shares. The key responsibility as a team member is to be a steward of the organization culture, D&I, e-commerce and Win with Customers agenda across the organization by being an active and collaborative member of Functional Team, Commercial Team, assigned cross-functional teams and the whole organization. This position works closely with and under the supervision of the Senior Key Account Manager.

What You Can Expect

  • Selling and strategic customer account management - builds, develops and implements strategic customer account management with support of supervisor in order to drive sustainable, profitable growth for both B-F and the customer, while achieving high levels of customer engagement

  • Cross-department projects - actively participating in special multidisciplinary project teams to enable the breaking down of divisional and departmental barriers and to encourage the concept of both internal and external partnership working

  • Builds extraordinary presence of B-F products in e-commerce - presents start-up mindset in developing and driving e-commerce channel

  • Execution, measurement and financial management - consistently raises the bar on performance against key KPIs (volume, value, visibility, distribution) and actively use and drive revenue growth management mindset and tools

  • Leveraging Insights - uses customer, category and market knowledge to opportunity identification, value creation and accurate business decisions

  • Negotiating - leads annual negotiation of trade terms with support of supervisor and achieves ´win-win´ agreements with key accounts including all promotional plans, programs and activities developed in cooperation and support of Marketing, Trade Marketing and Finance functions

What You Bring to the Table

  • A demonstrated self-starter who is creative, curious, and able to think outside of the box with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Experience in cooperation with key customers

  • Background in e-commerce channel and customers’ digital activations

  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable with the big picture, but able to focus on the details too

  • A zest for continuous learning

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • Communication and influencing skills, experience in negotiations is a plus

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Very good knowledge of the Polish retail environment, with at least 3-4 years of significant FMCG experience

  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and Google G Suite or the ability to quickly build

  • Robust analytical skills

  • Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing) and fluent Polish

  • Min. Bachelor degree

  • Valid driving license (B category)
