Brown-Forman Marketing Manager CIS - Jack Daniel's, Finlandia Vodka and B-F Brands in Warsaw, Poland
Marketing Manager is senior position responsible for setting vision, objectives and strategies of B-F brands portfolio in 10 CIS markets. The role is part of the CIS Leadership Team, marketing leadership community and works directly with Area Director. The role of the Marketing Manager is to deliver brand plans in cooperation with the local distributors across the CIS region and based on the agreed business strategies including profit, volume and consumer KPIs targets. This requires leading and guiding the team of 7 people, marketing representatives of the local partners responsible for B-F portfolio, in terms of supervising brands plan execution within agreed budget and reporting evaluation of brand activities in timely manner. Due to the international nature of the B-F brands, the role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders and significant involvement in formulating marketing initiatives in cooperation with the regional and global brand teams.
Co-leads the business and organization as member of Leadership Team.
Design portfolio and brand strategies for CIS markets in collaboration with regional and global BF brand teams.
Lead annual planning and budget process including brand plans, pricing strategy and co-complete P&L ensuring optimal resource allocation across markets and across activities.
Deliver brand plans in cooperation with the business partners teams. Ensure best-in-class execution and manages post-evaluation of brand building activities.
Define and manage A&P for all brands, and deliver profit objectives in coordination with Area Manager.
Responsible for sustainable improvement of the key consumer metrics.
Drive market research and evaluation where relevant for the brands: initiate ad hoc research, conduct standard research to evaluate market and competitor performance, analyze and evaluate activities plans to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Evaluate current and future opportunities in the markets.
Collaborate effectively with counterparts in CIS markets to champion and provide support for key brand initiatives.
Demonstrate expertise of internal and external factors affecting CIS markets with a special focus on consumer dynamics.
Responsible for relationship and performance of external agencies involved (PR, media and promotion).
Participate as member of management team by providing input and leadership to influence day-to-day operations, strategic development, business and portfolio strategies and special projects as necessary, and reports agreed-upon metrics to team.
Lead, manage and develop CIS third partners marketing team. Ensure effective brand-related trainings, on-boarding and continuous coaching of direct reports and partners.

plus 7 years in international FMCG marketing A-brands, being member of leadership team, leading people and business
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or other subject
Relevant marketing experience in ATL, BTL, PR and digital
Strong Business Acumen and professional knowledge of CIS markets
Excellent leadership skills and people management experience
Fluent English speaking and writing, Russian language is preferred, but not essential
Strong analytic and strategic capabilities
Strong communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)
Relationship building skill
