What You Can Look Forward To:
Acting as the Regional People & Organisational Development Specialist by partnering with the P&OD Manager for Europe & IMEA and Regional HR Managers to diagnose people and organisational development needs and opportunities. Co-create and facilitate learning and OD strategies. Plan, execute and measure effective, customised and timely learning and leadership development solutions to accelerate employee and team development. Be a regional expert in the disciplines of learning & development, performance management, change management, organisational effectiveness and leadership development.
This role requires the ability and readiness to travel regionally as needed, up to 30% .

What you can expect:
At the Regional Level:
Diagnose regional/local development needs and support accordingly
Design and facilitate impactful regional, local and global learning & leadership programmes
Evaluate regional P&OD activities and outcomes to help drive continuous improvement
Deliver assessment feedback, including interpreting data from a broad range of assessment tools (including EQi and 360 Feedback), providing insights and co-creating development plans
Provide project management support to Global Development Programmes; including managing communications with participants and Regional Leadership Teams, logistical support
Manage regional P&OD budget and invoicing
At the Global Level:
Co-design and deliver global Leadership Development, Change Management, D&I and Performance Management activities that are related to company-wide practices
Partner with the global P&OD team to identify, develop and execute globally relevant initiatives
Partner with other P&OD Consultants to share regional learning and development innovations that inform the global people development strategy
We Are Looking For People Who Have :
Demonstrable professional experience in an Organizational Development, Talent, or Learning & Development related role and experience working directly with commercial functions, for example in a business-facing HR role
Additional European language capabilities (additional to English) - B2/C1, preferably Polish, French or Spanish
Experience working with multicultural teams and with businesses that are in various stages of development
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent HR experience at a specialist level
Ability to travel as required, up to 30%
An appetite for own continuous learning and development
The ability to demonstrate personal initiative
