Brown-Forman Senior Analyst Revenue Management in Warsaw, Poland

Meaningful Work From Day One:

The role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and sharing all available market and customer data at all levels of value chain to optimize route-to-market for Brown-Forman products, with reference to customer revenue management. Focus is put on optimizing consumer pricing (regular as well as promotional pricing) and improved understanding of customer margin strategies, to put proper trade terms in place. Revenue Management Senior Analyst is also responsible for trade inventory flow evaluation to better understand customer perception of product value and its pricing, placement, and availability in each sales channel. Revenue management Senior Analyst takes active part in sales planning and targeting process (S&BP), market and customer data insights, and customer financial evaluation by providing insights in all these areas. The role is also responsible for developing reports, tools, and processes for cross-functional commercial teams to easily identify growth and profit opportunities.

• Enhance Revenue Growth Management mindset across the organization by educating and training others teams members

• Deliver analysis and providing recommendations in customer P&L perfomance

• RtM model evaluation with reference to revenue management, applying corrections and making independent recomendations if needed

• Analyzing customer margins across all channels/customers including regular and promo periods

• Leading promo evaluation analysis, applying knowledge, share findings and conclusions, build promo best practices learning log

• Collecting and concluding data and reports regarding pricing policy, evaluate and make recommendations with insights to be implemented

• Evaluate circumstances and provide analysis & recommendations on customer mix management

• Trade investment set-up judgment, evaluation and interpretation to support pricing policy across sales channels/customers

• Prepare independent analysis and recommendations for Sales Managers, Finance and Marketing

• Actively ensures compliance with laws, policies, and best practices.

We Are Looking For People Who

Education:

Masters Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent);

Business Administration, Econometrics, Mathematics or Statistics

Experience:

• 5 - 6 years experience within commercial department in FMCG company in area of revenue management

• Experience in pricing analysis and in creation of pricing strategies

• Successful track record in implementing new tools in the space of consumer pricing, promotional efficiency, optimization of promo depth & frequency, B2B pricing optimization in FMCG

SKILLS / ATTITUDES:

• Strong analytical thinking - ability to formulate and understand business issues, situations, or problems

• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple diverse work projects

• Quality Awareness - focus on keeping and enhancing the quality of what needs to be done in terms of accuracy, timeliness and consistent with policies, guidelines, and best practices

• Demonstrated ability and knowledge of various software packages, particularly Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint, and SAP

• Strong communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)

• Fluent in Polish and English in speaking and writing, other languages are a plus

• Time management, organizational skills, precision and independence in work

• Dynamic and ambitious person, who works well in a team setting – team player

• Personal honesty and integrity, positive attitude to challenges

• Drive, curiosity and resilience, coupled with strong desire to advance topics

• Ability to dive deep while keeping big picture perspective at the same time
