Duties include but are not limited to: • Tank and barrel sampling. • Grape and wine analysis using both benchtop chemistry and auto-analyzers. • Set up trials and blends upon request. • Data entry into Google sheets and other programs. • Prepare solutions and maintain chemicals. • Support grape sampling as needed. • Ensure safety at all times including the use of personal protective equipment. • Routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of lab equipment. • Quality Control line checks on the Bottling Line. • QC inspection of incoming packaging supplies.

• Computer navigation

• Detail-oriented: the ability to recognize numbers outside of tolerance, raise concerns, and ask questions.

• Ability to prioritize work assignments and manage time efficiently.

• Must be a team player.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
